This historic loco was overhauled by ARMF (http://www.armf.net) in Lleida, Spain. Included in the overhaul was a light modernisation. 2723 became the first Spanish locomotive (in the preservation era) to be equipped to burn a light fuel oil rather than the more common heavy fuel oils. ARMF are committed to the appropriate usage of modern steam technology and are working hard to see more modernisations carried out within in Spain and elsewhere.
